Rosehip – rosa canina

Comment on rose hips:

The effect of rose hips is primarily due to their high vitamin and mineral content. Particularly noteworthy are their high iron and vitamin C content.

In practice, I primarily use rosehip powder (powdered Cynobati sS) for mold contamination. Mold, which occurs in living spaces on windows, after moisture damage, structural defects, bathrooms, as well as in ventilation and air conditioning systems, leads to iron deficiency with immune deficiency, liver damage with fructose intolerance, and severe skin redness. The combination of iron and vitamin C is particularly beneficial, as vitamin C is an important factor in the absorption of iron. Since the iron in rosehips is present in a biologically readily usable form, taking it rarely leads to digestive problems. It is only advisable not to take it if you already have fructose intolerance. A combination with garlic oil (e.g. garlic oil via Biona) is advisable due to the fungicidal effect of garlic.

Before therapy, any exposure to mold must be absolutely excluded!
