Orthopaedics with consideration of the musculoskeletal system
In a holistic approach, diseases of the musculoskeletal system are not only examined locally. We consider the static conditions of the entire musculoskeletal system, the condition of the tissue, as well as the organs and metabolic status. Many physical diseases are accompanied by changes in the mobility and statics of the musculoskeletal system. Physical and mental well-being depend heavily on how well the musculoskeletal system functions.
In orthopedics, back pain and sciatica are primarily attributed to the spine. However, the cause of the orthopedic condition is often not directly related to the acute symptoms. A thorough medical history and osteopathic examination are performed to effectively treat the root cause of the problem.
This can lead to craniomandibular dysfunctions (DCM), pelvic misalignments, and blocked vertebrae can lead to back pain. However, systemic disorders such as inflammation are often also involved in orthopedic conditions. Stressed organs can also lead to back pain syndromes due to inflammatory processes or irritation of a nerve segment. Osteopathic examination methods, as well as functional neurological techniques, are also used. Radiology imaging procedures are also performed or evaluated.
Structural changes, such as leg length discrepancies, pelvic tilt, and craniomandibular dysfunction (CMD). Misalignments of the cranium and vertebrae can be corrected through osteopathic therapy. Targeted manipulation of the pelvis, skull, and spine not only treats pain but also improves the central nervous system.
Since changes in the musculoskeletal system are usually accompanied by limited tissue functionality, combining them with tissue therapy and detoxification is often useful.
It is always necessary to carefully consider the potential benefits of naturopathic therapy or whether conventional medication or surgical intervention is necessary.

If you have any questions about the naturopathic treatment methods I have described, please feel free to contact me - either by phone at +49 (0) 176 61514643 or via email info@naturheilkunde-berlin.eu.
I would like to point out that the naming of the listed illnesses does not constitute a promise of healing or a guarantee of relief or improvement of the listed conditions. The areas of application of naturopathy are based on the findings and experience of the therapeutic approaches themselves. There are no relevant, reliable scientific findings, i.e., evidence-based studies, that support the effect or therapeutic efficacy of naturopathy.
Some of the listed conditions require conventional medical evaluation or can be treated in a naturopathic practice alongside medical intervention. Your treating therapist will advise you whether treating your condition with naturopathic medicine alone, alongside medical intervention, or whether immediate specialist evaluation is necessary.
